Wasted over half an hour in this store. Regrettably service and ?security? rules an absolute joke.Staff inexperienced and no common sense.Got home and arranged a better deal with their call centre within 10 minutes.Would NOT a return.

Went into store with major issue. Daniel was super helpful and extremely patient. Resolved issue and nothing fased or flustered him. Every store needs a Daniel. He even made coffee that is strong competition for market leaders. Thank you Daniel Top service.

I can't sing the praises of the staff here high enough. I went in on a busy Saturday with an old phone that was about to die and really malfunctioning. Daniel and Blake went above and beyond to transfer everything from my old phone to my new one successfully. They were pleasant and polite the whole time. So grateful ?

i came into store today after my phone had been stolen last night and spoke to Jamal (not sure if this is correct spelling, if not i?m sorry!!) who was amazing, patient and so so helpful, he gave me options for other plans, advised me on how much my new monthly plan would be and was just overall such a wonderful advisor. thank you so much!

Ordered a phone instore and agreed a delivery date a couple of days after. Arranged to be at home etc for delivery after being told I MUST be there. Didn't hear a thing and then when finally getting through to EE I discover there's a wait for the phone and it will be at least a week. Waste of time so canceled order.

WORSE store ever. Avoid this store. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I drove 1 hour each way in rain and went to this store as Samsung sent me there to put screen protector on mobile. I booked my mobile at 13:45 and left my mobile with then and at 20:00 pm ( after 6 hours ) nothing been done. I was giving false information every time i ask for updates saying come back one hour. Such a bad service. Technician is useless people. Wanted to keep mobile for 48 hours for updated mobile software even only 10 minutes job to put screen protector. Store Manager rude un helpful. Wasted my full day and nothing was done. No good at. Do not waste your time and journey to go there.

Needed to get the screen repaired, but they insist on doing a factory reset and clear all data just to replace a screen....it's what the engineers do. Absolutely pointless.I'll get it repaired somewhere where they don't wipe the phone for no reason!

I respect that employees are trying to get sales up and gain commission, however customer service absolutely comes first and this store has 0.The ?manager? came out to slouch in a chair and not bother to even look up at their customers. Was continuously lied to about prices and constantly trying to avoid catches like broadband and Tablets and 6 other members of staff were gathered around a table not even pretending to work. Was othered two sim only deals for £46, the price not budging, went home and called the head office and was offered two sim only deals for £37! Was in the store for an hour, maybe more and I have never experienced anything like it. Customer service and reputation is more important than money and commission, there are plenty of other networks that actually treat their customers properly.

I visited the store on Saturday to upgrade my phone. I was served by Sadia and I just have to say that she was absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and helpful! It was like speaking to a friend. She talked me through my options and did everything she could for me. As someone who has worked in retail management for many years I would be absolutely honoured to have a team member like Sadia. She's an absolute credit to your store and to EE as a company. Thank you Sadia!

Took my phone in for repair. They called and said it's not covered under warranty, but wouldn't tell me why or say what the damage was. I went to collect my phone only to discover that it was more damaged than it was when I took it in, by about 100%. DO NOT take your phone there. They do not know their fingers from their toes. My phone was only a year old and cost me nearly £1,000 news

Just played a really fun game with EE?s automated phone service. Basically you press 2 to ?speak to someone in the store? and then you listen to the first options again. I only wanted to ask a basic question, but they were not making it EEasy. Toodlepip EE thanks for ruining my day.

Came in there with my mother with the impression that they would help her replace an accessory on her Fold. Talked about how they would have to wipe the phone to do it. Why on Earth would you need to wipe the actual phone to replace an accessory??? ?It?s what our engineers do?. Some engineers! Better off just going to a local shop, friends.

Told by Google UK to take my phone in for a confirmed warranty repair.Lazy individual in the rose galley in Bluewater scrapped himself away from the cosy chat round the table with numerous colleagues. To listen to what I have been told by Google then being the expert that he is in repairs and the history of my phone told me they would charge me as it has been dropped! I showed him that there is no damage to the phone and it had not been dropped and he then said it must have been pressed too hard. I once again explained that Google have said it's a warranty repair but he continued to speak for others saying they won't repair under warranty and will charge me.This useless individual had no interest in getting off his seat let alone being helpful
