Been in there around 4pm today, my teenage son dropped his phone in water yesterday so we went into the store. A female assistant , didn?t notice her name , dressed in a Wooly hat was free, I said , what had happened and we had no idea what our Apple ID and password were so we thought we could get some help in store.To which she replied, you need to go online to apple, I said I wasn?t at all tech so could you help us. She explained that for security reasons she couldn?t do anything physically to the phone to help. It seemed to me that she really couldn?t be bothered with us, like we were putting her out by asking questions that were simple to her but difficult for me to make sense of. We left, and I said thanks, but after asking in the EE store we got a lot more help . Maybe she?d had a long day? Won?t be going back in there . Maybe try I?ll try Samsung when I upgrade my families 5 iPhones.

I just needed to buy an airpods but i left the store without buying. There are far too many people who are playing the role of support but very few to actually do the purchase. you have to circle around this one guy and wait. I asked others if they can help but everyone seems to be pointing to the same guy. I even waited next to the guy but he was too busy and why does it take SOOO long to buy something .....ultimately i gave up and left.

Dreadful experience trying to get a faulty air tag fixed. Three visits to Apple Stores (the last two being here at Bluewater) for replacement of a faulty £25 device led to barriers being put up at every step. The staff seem competent but are hog-tied by Apple policies and do not explain the list of inconveniences that will be heaped on you if you dare as them to fix something. Each time, it was "bring the broken one and we will replace it" but then they found a different reason for not doing so. Never again.

I visited this store this week, as I was having problems with my emails on both iPad/iPhone. The person that approached me to help was patronizing, and made it very clear that he wasn?t interested. All he did was sigh over and over, while I was trying to explain my problem, which of course made me even more anxious. Going there to ask for help is a bit embarrassing to start with, but dealing with him made it ten times worse. He then said to me why don?t you go away, have a cup of tea and a slice of cake and then come back!! And that I should calm down as they?re only emails. Well I have years of emails in my folders that actually do matter to me. I still have an issue with my iPad, but I will not be returning to or buying ever again from the Bluewater store, and will seek another outlet in Kent. Customer service and after sales care there is not to be recommended.

Just like to say a massive thanks to WILL not only did he remember me from when he fixed my phone a few months back!But when I go in to Apple he is always friendly and willing to help I was in a rush this week and he was very helpful and efficientHe passed me over to Michelle to complete my transaction and the poor girl was still smiling even though she had lost her voice.These two are a credit to the store !!! ??????????

It?s like you are Queue waiting to collect a kebab ?. It?s awful ? what happened to a luxury shopping experience? you are buying a high end product but are made to queue and are treated like u are in an NHS doctors surgery?. Horrible shopping experience? really wish I didn?t want to buy apple products
