We have been to the Gravesend twice recently and all the staff are excellent. Especially the security guard very helpful and cheerful with a positive manner.

Nice DIY store. Plenty of space. Normal stuff you would expect. About the same prices as B&Q . Plenty of parking and trolleys.

Today I rang wickes for advice on getting some wood no idea what I was doing lol I spoke to a young man named Lewis who was so helpful he took the measurements that I needed he asked what it was for so that he could see what type of wood I would need he took my details and said would get back to me to be honest I said to my daughter bet they dnt ring back well I was wrong he did he apologised for being long getting back to me which I thought was very nice as I wasn't expecting to get a call back as most shops aren't as helpful he told me what I needed so I went to shop to get wood asked to speak to Lewis as he was dealing with my enquiry he was very welcoming and friendly and I found out that he was actually on his break when he took my call which I felt bad as I kept him on phone for a while before so I would just like to say a big Thankyou for ur help

Have been to Wickes Gravesend a few times, the team are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help with anything I need. There's a great range of products in store, from building materials to garden and decorating supplies , all at reasonable prices.
Highly recommend this branch to anyone in the area doing DIY or home improvements.
