Worst experience. I went into the store to cancel my expired contract due to network issues in my area, and the manager miss sold me a sim so I would not leave Vodafone. Promised me I was able to cancel the sim within 14 days if the service did not improve within this time, yet my phone number was not usable until 30 days later? Felt as a customer my needs were not met, the statistics of the store were more important. Quite pushy. Since then, I have had numerous calls and hours spent on the phone trying to rectify this issue as the sim was not set up properly. This was a simple task, yet so complex for no reason. Wasted hours on calls and going into the store unnecessarily since to fix. Wish I just cancelled like I wanted to.

The 2 stars are for the excellent staff doing their best, both in this shop and most of their support staff on the phone/chat as well.
But Vodafone as a company has lost all my trust. The cheapest broadband subscription purposely comes with bad WiFi reception, it couldn't even cover my 1 bedroom flat, when this has been no issue with previous providers. They then tried to upsell me to boost my WiFi, but I managed to talk them into giving me a free WiFi booster instead.
The worst part was that they lied to me, saying I had never contacted them with this issue before, when I have proof I have done so. It brought out a side of me I have never previously had the displeasure of seeing, as I found myself getting very upset at the situation.
Granted, I had made matters worse with an incompatible extender, so I'm not without fault, but wouldn't have had to even purchase this if the WiFi had proper range to begin with.
Even if it's slightly more expensive, I will go with a reliable provider going forward.

Been a few times to this Vodafone and Tomas has helped immensely every time. He is friendly, professional, very knowledgeable! Highly recommend you go to him for phone needs x

I recently swapped to vodafone the customer service has been terrible.The person that was serving me put me on a different contract since i told them no to.I literally had to wait 2 weeks for my number to swap over.I had to call the vodafone time in order to put me on the right contract.Personally i feel that there has been a lack of communication and the staff wasn?t really helpful.

As customers, we anticipate dealing with just one person to address our issue. Yet, the Vodafone system makes it appear as though all employees, including those who work in call centres, have screens that are blocking one another. The management needs to comprehend this and simplify everything.

The staff are always good, but God their computer systems are soooo slow. Never ending issues. The company themselves don't seem to be interested in enhancing the store experience. The poor store staff have to just sit there and put up with it. Pretty poor really
