I recently swapped to vodafone the customer service has been terrible.The person that was serving me put me on a different contract since i told them no to.I literally had to wait 2 weeks for my number to swap over.I had to call the vodafone time in order to put me on the right contract.Personally i feel that there has been a lack of communication and the staff wasn?t really helpful.

I can't say anything bad about the staff because they're all willing to assist you. Nevertheless, they frequently don't coordinate with other departments. As customers, we anticipate dealing with just one person to address our issue. Yet, the Vodafone system makes it appear as though all employees, including those who work in call centres, have screens that are blocking one another. The management needs to comprehend this and simplify everything.

The staff are always good, but God their computer systems are soooo slow. Never ending issues. The company themselves don't seem to be interested in enhancing the store experience. The poor store staff have to just sit there and put up with it. Pretty poor really

The bald salesman with glasses to the Shop talked to me like he would have talked to his dog. I think racist and anti-Semitic. Outrageous behavior !!!! ?The two ladies are helpful and kind and the gentleman with black glasses is also kind and helpful, friendly
