Worst experience. I went into the store to cancel my expired contract due to network issues in my area, and the manager miss sold me a sim so I would not leave Vodafone. Promised me I was able to cancel the sim within 14 days if the service did not improve within this time, yet my phone number was not usable until 30 days... read full comment

The 2 stars are for the excellent staff doing their best, both in this shop and most of their support staff on the phone/chat as well.
