Started to rent from here around half a hour ago now. And what a great team, from day one. Anytime there is an issue someone is sent out to me the same day. The boys are very professional and friendly great team.Highly recommend renting or buying from here.

Worst experience from the agent.Disrespectful and unprofessional service. We wasted our time by trusting them. we got a viewing, went there to see the property. It was owful day of us we travelled around 2 hrs to reach there.Liked that property and expressed our interest. He told us that he will inform soon. After 2 days we called him back but he told us, already someone has given the deposit. We disappointed with their service.

The guys at Tower have been nothing but helpful with any issues we have at all with our rental, any issues are sorted very quickly and professionally. There are no long winded processes if we have any problems so it makes everything so much easier for us. Would highly recommend!

I called last week for a property to rent, they told me that they are still tenants in it so when they have the keys will contact me to arrange a viewing! They didn't, so I called and then they explained to me that the tenant have a problem with the house which he should move in so he will stay longer! I asked why they didn't let me know about that , the answer was "oh, we have few lines and there are a lot of people calling for that property so maybe that's why. I asked a friend of mine to call as well and to her they said that someone already applied and they paid even deposit so its not available anymore! Very disappointed ad very unprofessional!!
