love this shop, i?m basically paying everyone?s wages due to how many books i buy.
i love and adore ann she?s literally beautiful and amazing, she deserves the fattest pay rise to ever exist.
the other employees are amazing too but my honest favourite is ann, i have an amazing friendship with her and she makes shopping in the works something nicer than just shopping as there?s always conversation.
personally i don?t believe anyone can be better to be a fit choice for CEO of the works other than ann herself.

Always such a pleasure shopping at the works. Shop is always fully stocked and clean to an outstanding level! All staff members are absolutely fantastic. No question ever to big or small! They always take the time out to make sure every customer leaves with a big smile on their face, such a great experience and always my go to works!

I would like to say that Connor Whitney and Ann are very helpful they all make my day with a smile and a laugh I use the works about three or four days a week if I returns things they always exchange it with no trouble it makes my day going in there if they change staff I may not get the same curtesy as I do with them now

Attended recently and had a really great experience. Great staff, and great stock ranges. Was able to pick up exactly what I needed with support and assistance from the member of staff. I think her name was Emma? - Really great employee, was able to suggest a range of items that substitute for what I was specifically looking for if they didn't have it. But thankfully with her support I was able to find what I needed. - Great price range too! :)
