The staff at this store are first class. Vicky is so helpful & friendly, you can really tell she cares about the impact she makes on the customers. The tall gentleman with brown hair and beard is also a top notch guy, very helpful. The lady with the short hair is also wonderful. All the staff that work at this store have made every visit a good experience!

All the staff are lovely, apart from TRISH! She is lazy, very rude and I refuse to shop at the store if she is working as she is always SITTING at the till and if you ask her anything she gets flustered, defensive and rude. I am appalled at her customer service skills (non existent)and conduct towards customers.

Place is a joke. Always a huge queue due to chronic understaffing and half the self service always being closed. So bad you'd honestly save time driving to the White Hill tescos

This store makes an absolute fortune simply by overcharging customers. Reduced items get put through at full price, offers aren't recognised at the till, shelf price is different to actual price. And isn't it funny how it's always in their favour? CHECK YOUR RECEIPT EVERY TIME.

Came in to grab a few things, the manager Lucas was so nice and friendly, helped me find everything I needed. The store was tidy and well stocked and anything that was low was clearly being restocked.
