“It's ok, not that big a store and the layout leaves a bit to be desired but prices are good, you get your parking charge back against your shopping and the staff are helpful and polite.”

“Fantastic store with a real friendly atmosphere. All the staff go above and beyond to help, and make your visit very enjoyable.

The only downfall would be the new store manager. Hes alway on his phone in store. and I have heard him being quiet rude to other customer.”

“I like to shop here. They have lots of products from different countries. The prices are the same as the one in London. Is clean and tidy. One little issue it will be that is one person at the till when the queue is quite big.”

“Just had a lovely young lady called Kat, go out of her way to check the stockroom for some items not on the shelf. She was fast efficient and friendly. Thanks to her we'll be having a lovely JD tonight.”

“The staff at this store are first class. Vicky is so helpful & friendly, you can really tell she cares about the impact she makes on the customers. The tall gentleman with brown hair and beard is also a top notch guy, very helpful. The lady with the short hair is also wonderful. All the staff that work at this store have made every visit a good experience!”

“The store sells cheap good food, however it is very busy and there is little space to move sometimes. As is the case for all Aldi stores the till service is very fast, actually too fast for my liking as I have been rushed on several occasions which resulted in broken yoghurt pots on my return home. I now avoid buying anything easily damaged in the rush to get bits back in the trolly. Anything marked with money off because it is near dated often gets missed by the checkout operator so best avoided in my opinion. Update 2025 they now have self service tills which makes buying a small amount of items much easier”

“A good shop where I can generally find what I would want from a grocery. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I go there regularly. Unfortunately there appears to be delays in deliveries leaving some of the shelves empty but this is a business wide issue covering getting enough drivers. We will just have to buckle down untill more drivers are enrolled.”

“Morrisons Café in Gravesend is a lovely spot for a relaxed bite to eat. The menu has plenty of choice but got to say Ellenor across the road is a lot better for portion sizes.

The café itself is clean and welcoming, with a nice, friendly atmosphere. Staff are polite and helpful, and service is usually quick, even when it’s busy. It’s also a very family-friendly place, with good options for kids.”

“I do like the co-op. It's a shame this is only a small shop but it carries the essentials and does Amazon pick up, which is such a life saver! The staff are all friendly and helpful”

“Great Co-op store. Staff are friendly and always seems to be well stocked. Co-op have very good quality produce across their stores so this little shop is ideal. It is very slightly more expensive than the Tesco Metro down the road, but the quality and service more than make up for it.The only issue is its size, would like to see a slightly bigger store.”

“Pelham Grocers is a great convenience shop. It's located right at the intersection of Pelham Rd and Perry St. It has a large selection considering the size of the shop. Great for a snack, quick lunch or your general grocery needs. Stocks a wide variety of snacks, crisps, chocolate and drinks. Has a small freezer section as well as refrigerated items. It also stocks tobacco products and alcohol. The shop has also recently been made over (Dec 2024) and now really looks the part too.
The staff are the main standout here are the staff and the customer service. Always top notch and happy to assist with whatever you need.”

“The best shop for soft drinks and alchohol, all varieties of soft drinks that cant see in another local or even big shops, when i feel to drink a cream soda,or an apple tiser or root beer i go to buy this shop they have got 100 s of soft drink, even lucozade they got 20 variety, so superbView less”

“a nice little shop. everything organised into the different aisles, with clearly labelled signs giving information about what's in each aisle. very wide selection of groceries - if you need to quickly grab something, tesco express will probably have it. staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions that you might have. it's possible to pay in both cash or card. however, the self-checkouts are all card only.overall, a great place to shop.”
