A really well spoken lady just helped me find the shoes I was looking for (nike blaze 77 size 8) and we even spoke about movies that we liked such as aliens and other sci fi thrillers.She deserves a raise her customer service was 100% the best I have ever seen. Treating me like a friend I haven't seen in a while. So much so she convinced me to buy innersoles.She has great knowledge of shoes and how to move product.

Bought a pair of canvass but the fit wasn't right so tried to return but was told ,I couldn't be refunded via the way I paid...card.I was offered a credit note as this is their policy. There's no where this is clearly stated on the receipt or in-store .Would only return to spend the credit note.
