A very obviously experienced and friendly optician Informed me that glasses wont help me much now as my cataracts have advanced. They were not good last year and glasses would not help much now. She referred me to a specialist.A very helpful lady I recommend Specsavers.

Quick and easy experience. The staff were very thorough during the eye examination and explained each step clearly. I was also given helpful advice when choosing my glasses.

Frame was little bit smaller what was required so managed anyhow because I don?t have time to reframe it. Glasses were really urgent for my daughter. But anyways I really appreciate your help and support. Thanks

Having what i thought was a very good eye test, when I collected my intermediate spectacles specified for use with a VDU screen I found that the right side lens was not in clear focus.
After consulting with her colleague I was informed by the assistant that this was normal and that the left lens was in focus because my left eye was stronger then the right and that the two lens have to work together. What`s the point of having a right side lens at all if it doesn`t provide clear vision.
I do not feel comfortable with the explanation given.

Popped in to have glasses adjusted to fit better and the new shop floor looks amazing, was not waiting long this time and was helped by Mark who had a very friendly attitude, was able to see issue and had my glasses fitting alot better quickly and gave me some faith back in this branch.

The staff are all really lovely, they are inviting, friendly and nothing is too much for them. Of course the people dealing with me were excellent but I really do believe each and every member of staff are as good as each other. The team made my visit really lovely when I was not feeling 100% - thank you Gravesend Team extraordinaire!!
