Well if you have read any reviews you know what's coming. Let's get straight to it, the toilets, oh my God, these have got to hold the record of the worst toilets in the UK or even the world. They stink and are filthy, I note that reviews say the same three years ago. I have been in some very dodgy toilets in SE Asia and this is up with them. I can believe the main stream franchises they have here that put up with the state of the toilets. We were going to eat, but after the toilet experiences we didn't bother. A avoid at all costs.

Toilets are disgusting! Greggs keeping their empty trays on the passage to toilets, does not look hygienic. Local loitering youngsters are disrespectful and trashing the place down.

DISGUSTING
The most vile service station I have ever visited in this country. Toilets were in an appalling state, the stench of urine and filth carried well throughout the shop through the open doors. Shop floor itself was grubby with the aroma of urine in the air. And the fact there is a subway and chicken shop in the same space. Food hygiene needs to close this place down. I would never usualy bother leaving a review for a dirty toilet but this was another level. Disgusting vile place.

All the toilets (female, disabled and male) were in appaling conditions in terms of hygiene. Both female and disabled toilets were blocked. It is also a shame that considering nowadays this service station has no baby changing facilities.

Has everything you could want, from Greggs, Subway and Favourite Chicken along with a wide array of products.Only criticism I could give this garage is the toilets need to be fully redone as they always seem to have issues.

You?ll see from my profile I don?t often leave reviews, but I was horrified by the general condition of the gents toilet, no toilet roll and general cleanliness a lot to be desired. No hot water in the facilities either, (tepid at best) it?s obvious that more care should be taken in this area.Otherwise the shelves are well stocked and fuel prices good. (This was the saving grace and that the station received 3 stars instead of 1)

I only go here to use the jet wash and sometimes i have quite a wait just to get a car wash token from the very disorganised staff. Defo needs a lot more jet wash bays as it is always busy. Cars parked in the very small area doesn't help either. I'm on the lookout for another jet wash in my area as sometimes I can't be bothered to wait for one of the two bays to become free.
