Gordon at SMC Gravesend was amazing from start to finish he was on the ball with finding us the van we wanted unlike other dealerships who didn?t even call back. Thier works is fine but thier communication could be better and not left to customer to keep ring up for update or left till 30 minutes before they close to let you know when your more than 30 minutes drive away or need to get public transport

Over many years I have built a good relationship with Gordon at the Erith branch and the service received has always been brilliant. However, distance and convenience means that I have to use Northfleet for any issues including service. Over time I have let the rudeness from this one particular woman go, however yesterday was the final straw. The rudeness, lack of customer care and sheer dismissive behaviour from her is unacceptable. I will no longer bring my vehicles to have work done, nor will I recommend a place that allows their front of house staff to talk and act in such a rude manner to paying customers. If it meant I could only deal with this branch I would be change brand!

I brought my car for the faulty Audio head unit. I was initially quoted £960 to replace the head unit and to replace the USB dongle in the centre console. The Garage diagonise the car again and they were able to get the audio head unit working instead of replacing it, saving me hundreds of ponds.

From start to finish our experience with Bradley and SMC Ford Gravesend was every thing it should be. We had never been through the experience of obtaining a new car through PCP but, although rather complex for us it all went smoothly and to cap it all the car was delivered to our home.
