The guy on the phone needs some customer service skills, called to ask if they could fix a problem that i had with my car and he thinks it?s ok to give me sarcastic responses. Quoted more than any other garage but seemed to have spaces to fix it sooner than any other garage. Wonder why!

I called for a quote for a water pump for an Audi a3, I was quoted £850 when 5 other garages quoted a maximum of £550 and when I said this to them they started waffling saying it?s a lot of labour and I don?t know what parts they are ordering!! I told the lady that they are ripping customers off and put the phone down only to be called back by some idiot trying to start an argument!!!This place will rob you blind please avoid

What a rude personnel at Singlewell Service Centre. Chastising customer for a 45mins late without giving the customer the chance to elucidate further on the reasons behind the lateness. Despite that I informed the personnel that it was an emergence he felt he would have the last word. Where lies his ethical customer service. I would not recommend this garage to anyone nor does he deserve a star

Not pleasant experience.. First if all I arrived on time at appointment and had to wait an hour for 10 min job just to change couiple tyres, because some person was late for her own appointment. Secondly and for worse, I accidentally bought wrong size tyres, they didn't warn me it's wrong height, so it's been damaged, as professional s they should ld have warned me, but didn't, instead of apology, they said that should have charged me for changing tyres,, thanks a lot, never again

Being a regular customer of Singlewell Service Centre for MOTs, Tyre Services and a couple of repair for my Audi RS5, I can confidently and happily recommend them. Sukh and his team have been very professional and polite through all of my dealings with them. On couple of occasions they display their customer centric approach by not charging me for some repair related checks although they had to free up a ramp and keep it engaged for about 30 mins. The workshop floor is always clear and well organised no matter how busy it gets. There is plenty of parking space within their premises. They also do arrange for genuine OEM parts and are able to recommend trades for body work related repairs. They have always answered my calls to their numbers and on multiple occasions have also been able to accommodate me in urgent scenarios.Great job Sukh and the rest of team at Singlewell Seevice Centre and thank you for taking good care of my RS :). My Husband and I have used this garage over the years for services and MOTs and have always had a good experience with them. They are always reliable and helpful. So much so that alot of our family now use them aswell. Friendly staff, good service ?
