I have used this salon in past and had a fantastic massage. However, last night i managed to book an online booking for another body massage and it is still showing as open. However when I arrived in the pouring rain for my appointment at 1pm as expected the s
alon is closed. I have messages confirming my booking. So disappointed.. They need to change. The system so it reflects when they are closed for bank holidays

Love this beauty room, I?m always made to feel welcome and given 5 star treatments. All the staff here are lovely and friendly. I have had many treatments done by Meric, she is just amazing, the facials and body massages are highly recommended, I always come out feeling so much more relaxed and I can really feel and see that my skin is getting so much better since having facials here xxx

DO NOT USE THIS BEAUTY SALON!!!Health & Safety is at risk when you enter this salon.This salon has unqualified staff that don?t know how to perform all procedures properly.I have given this beauty salon far too many chances & I should have reported them to health & safety trading standards.A simple pedicure and the skin was accidentally removed from the side of my foot,All I got was sorry.I tried having my waxing done and she couldn?t do it. I?ve had waxing many times elsewhere and it?s been fine however these people put me in so much pain I couldn?t stop crying and again all I got was sorry.Regardless of how much of a mess up they will fully charge you.The staff are unqualified and unprofessional, when they get it all wrong they start to hide behind a facade that they don?t understand English very well. However their understanding of English language is perfectly fine when it comes to taking your money.Awful service, the worst beauty place in gravesend, money grabbing with no regard for there customers. I have scars for any treatment I?ve had done here & the red raw soreness on my skin took weeks to calm down.Your reply is pathetic and a blatant lie. The only racism displayed was by Raj herself. Lies lies and more lies. Your staff are not qualified to the standards you claim and they f you didn?t want the review then you should have behaved differently. Nice try, pathetic

THES BEST SALON EVER!!!I had my waxing done there and they did it so smoothly. Of course it stung but it was done so nicely! I loved it! It was great experience and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon!! The service was absolutely fantastic. They were all so lovely. The girl Sangeeta did my treatment and she was an absolute star. She was talking to me and telling me about the treatments that they do there and didn?t even realise my waxing was done. I would go back there in fact I am going back there for my manicure and pedicure. Thank you so much Sangeeta!!

My wife has asked me to post this review on my account as she does not have a Google account. The rest of this review is typed by her.Having just read the 1star damming review I feel I must jump to the defence of ?Serenity?. I have been using Serenity for over 2 years , as has my daughter. Staff are lovely and very accommodating even when I have to change an appointment at the last minute. I use them for facials and pedicures and a whole range of other services which are alway excellent. There is a very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere and alway come away feeling great. I do not recognise anything from the 1 star review posted earlier.Services: Eyebrow beautification

This place is amazing, I always get my lashes done and the massages that are given as well is like I?m on holiday it relaxes my body. The people that work there are just so nice and caring it makes you feel at home they are always clean and always have there things in order and there is no rush to leave from that place as the decorations and layout is just beautiful it makes you feel like your on holiday. The service is extremely good and as I?m one of their clients I am happy to say I will be staying with them to get my lashes done, they do their work so good. I have been looking everywhere for a place which is comfortable and the service is excellent and I have found the right one here.If you haven?t I would definitely recommend you go there and for you to recommend others who live on the are.Words can?t explain how nice they treat you and the service which is given to there.
