Visited this afternoon 11th March to pick up some plugs and decided to buy some weatherproof sockets on impulse! Was helped by who I'm pretty sure is the Manager there. Served by him a few times before on various occasions. Friendly, professional service. Exemplary stand out service. Excellent.

Megan was a huge help, spent a long time trying to solve my issue and eventually got there! Was diligent and friendly - truly excellent customer service that I haven't seen for a long time.Will definitely be back, much better than competitors.

What a great service! I had no idea how I was going to sort out a dual gang dimmer switch as the old one had been made especially for my installation. Andy and trainee Carol were excellent, happy to help and make suggestions. I ended up with a perfect solution to my problem and it even saved me money!!10/10 to the Gravesend team.
