Needed an A4 black and white paper printing.....£2.80!!! (£2.50 initial charge with 30p added per sheet!) However, the price was given before printing, it was printed well; and the staff very politely shredded and refunded my money when I complained!

Materials printed were perfect however I looked on line and the price said it was from 10p per sheet. Only to find it is 27p black and white WITH an additional service charge as if 27p wasn?t enough absolute rip off and again this hit those worse off printing ONE sheet for 27p I?ve never heard of it. I needed 20 then to be told there is a service charge fee are you telling me that service charge fee couldn?t come from the initial 27p it astronomical needless to say I won?t be going back there again.
