As a man you?re in for a long Journey, reaching great heights?
Basically the Mens section is on the 3rd floor.
Unlike other stores that sell Mens clothes this store gives you much more choice at reasonable prices. I can?t comment on the woman?s section.
I rarely buy clothes or items here but sometimes there?s some great items and cool T Shirts.
When I bought Clothes upstairs I had to travel 3 floors down to pay, which isn?t ideal.
The Security Guard always follows me, also my sons too. This is slightly annoying as I?m not a thief but quite funny as my Sons love it and it makes them laugh. Nothing like judging people that are around 6 feet 4 with a few tattoos. No discrimination there? I forgive you.
Overall nice lighting, atmosphere and easy access to shop while the Security Guard follows you.

The staff is very rude, they don't know how to talk to the customer.His manner of speech was very rude.I think before hiring staff they should be trained on how to deal with customers and how to attend to them.The staff is there to help the customer, not to talk things down or put them down.Communication skills are very important how to attend coustmer Which I did not find in the staff there.

A bad customer service i will never comeback again

Primark is a budget-friendly clothing store with a wide selection of trendy items, but my recent experience left me with a bad impression. While shopping, I felt uncomfortable because a security guard followed me around the store, making the whole experience unpleasant. It put me in a bad mood and made me question their customer service approach. Later, I found out on social media that other customers had similar complaints, with reports of the same security guard stalking women in the store. This behavior is unacceptable and made me think twice about shopping there again. Primark should address these issues to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all customers.
