Me and my wife always going to this shop.
Best nisa I have ever been, they have everything under one roof, full snacks for my kids lots of options also best thing is they have their own post office, I always pick up my purchases and post my staff and shop the same time :-) , every single person in this shop is very friendly and nice.

Beware of this store. The staff who work there are courteous, but if they accidentally overcharge you they will need to contact the owner. The owner will refuse to refund any money that has been overcharged and if you are unhappy with that ?illegal? decision then you will be expected to suffer the inconvenience of waiting in the store for the owner to arrive and discuss the issue. As it stands the store have still retained the funds they have overcharged me, but I will now need to raise the issue with my bank as a ?unauthorised transaction? and make a formal complaint to the Franchisor and also Perfect Draft (as they are an authorised retailer for Perfect Draft) I will also raise the issue with trading standards to ensure they are aware that this is a store that illegally overcharges, but refuses to refund in order to rectify any error that is made by it?s own employees. Such a shame that the owner could not have authorised his staff to do the right thing and refund the amount overcharged. Such a shame that local stores like NISA who work so hard to compete with the large supermarkets do not care about their customers time and have no regard for a customer that has been illegally overcharged. Fortunately, today was the last time I will ever step foot in that store. A ?community store? that clearly does not care about the community it serves. Beware!! Pick another shop for your custom that values it?s customers and does not refuse to refund when they illegally overcharge.

Always get a warm welcome from the young ladies in the shop. They take an interest in you as a person as well as a customer. Fabulous selection of goods on offer always have what I need after a long day at work.

The young ladies are always so accommodating and ready to help all the time. They know the customers well and always make time to check how people are. They are polite and welcoming.
