Today I?ve been with my little one in the Gravesend branch to have lunch together and they gave us chips that tasted so old that probably the oil was not changed since long time. I?ve had a fresh portion after let them know how horrible were and they replaced only one portion, but still tasted not good. I tried the Christmas chocolate orange pie that tasted old too. While eating it I?ve realised that the discard time on the packaging was 12.28pm (I?ve ordered around 14.40 as you can see from the time on the wrap packaging in the picture attached). Such a shame ignoring simple rules and I?m talking as a hospitality manager too who knows how it works. When we left I had a word with the manager just to let him know about the disappointing experience. No refund was offered, but only extra food that we honestly didn?t want after such a disappointment. I won?t probably go back there anymore.

Shocking experience ordered my food for table service at five past waited 20 minutes nothing went up to the till to be ignored for five minutes. When I was finally seen I was told someone else has taken my food. What?s the point in having a numbered receipt if you don?t check it.

Busy at times as expected, usual waiting time of 10-20 minutes for a single meal. Food is nice, not very presentable at times. Enough seating for a croud.
Vegetarian options: Only limited to 2-3 Vegetarian mains (Burger and Wrap). Sides include fruit and fries (possibly salad).

Shocking in there today can't order from the app keeps telling me something is currently unavailable so change my order and get same message ask a member of staff the reply is I don't know about the app then wait 10 mins to be served 2 coffees ?

We ordered to have it and delivered it to the table.
Came very quickly.
Lady was really helpful.
Food was nice and hot.
Would definitely recommend.
The toilets were also clean.
