This local Morrisons is very convenient for the opening hours including the post office, the staff are always Friendly towards customers Katie, Alison, Thalia, Pampam, some of ready meal / fresh items range could be better at times.

The behavior of the staff here is utterly appalling; they exhibit absolutely no respect and offer zero assistance. To make matters even worse, they blatantly ignore phone calls, leaving customers stranded and unable to resolve issues or voice their complaints. I am thoroughly disgusted and will never set foot in this Morrisons again.

Great staff. Incredibly polite and helpful. In 20 years I have never experienced the slightest rudeness from staff. When I have seen rudeness in this store it always customers being incredibly rude to the staff. They have the patience of a saint and should all be canonised. I once had to take back a pack of Guinness because one of the cans was punctured. They replaced it without hesitation. They go out of their way to help you as long as you are not a shoplifter.

I went to morrisons today expecting to purchase a boost drink when I walked into the establishment there was an announcement saying that shoplifting is illegal the staff then blocked the door and a member of staff followed me around they made the assumption that I was going to shoplift this has heavily effect my view on these big brand stores

I?ve been using this store for a few years on my way to work at 5.50amWhen the store times changed temporarily to 7am opening your lovely staff would still open up for me so I could get my paper and something for my lunchAlways make time for a quick chattip top Customer service whatever time I use the store very friendly and helpful staff great service

McColls grocery store and post office at riverview park, the worst customer service ever had experienced, went there for 3 days in a row to send a parcel and a very rude woman claiming to be the manager says post office not working, they are making unhappy faces to the shoppers too.I was using them to send a lot of parcels to my business customers and was business banking with them; now they have lost my business for sure.With the level of service they provide downgraded post office from a normal branch to a small counter and half empty shop is a sign that this shop soon will be closing permanently and we won?t see these unhappy faces again.
