I booked a too good to go bag, the website says I can collect at 10. They are closed at 9 but I knock and show my code, expecting to just be handed a bag, quick and simple. No. They send me away without what I paid for and without an explanation. Like cancel my bag instead of making me walk up to you just to send me away. And update your collection time

?The prices at this store are completely misleading. Items marked one price on the shelf end up being more expensive at the checkout. On top of that, everything is overpriced, and the staff is far from friendly. Overall, a very disappointing experience.?

Awful customer service by that woman very rude and disrespectful won?t ever take my custom here again for sure

The woman would not top up my electric key meeter like normal because i wanted to use the goverment support scheeme voucher, told me they would only do it if i paid them to, i was shocked and will never use this branch again

I went to this local shop to top up my gas key. I asked to add £10 on my key and then went home to up my gas meter only to find out that there was no money on the key. I went back to the shop the same day showed them the receipt and explained that there is no money on the key and been told that it's my gas suppliers fault as it's nothing to do with them. So I asked the staff to check my gas key to see if they made a mistake or there was something wrong with their machine but they said no and refused to give my money back . I will never top up my gas or electricity keys in this store again first and last time.
