The most incompetent staff we have encountered. We had a valid MOT on our imported car and contacted them to get one for UK import procedure. We explicitly asked them to change the lights before they do the MOT. They said they would order the lights but when we dropped the car off they did not have the lights. Instead of rescheduling or letting us know they didn't order the lights, they failed our MOt and charged us for their incompetence.

I had these tell me that I needed rear brakes on my car in 2018, maybe back to 2015 but the alarming thing is not one garage has mentioned that I have needed new back brakes since & it's obviously 2025. I thought it was odd at the time that I needed new back brakes with a low mileage car & the rear brakes dont take the strain as much as the front brakes. I would definitely avoid these like the plague. These are con artists & it's unreal that these have such a big name for themselves in this country & got so big as a brand name. I wish this was a fake review but it's not. Do not trust these with your car. I was livid when I found out how these operate & would never use this dodgy conning company ever again even if you paid me!!! You have been warned if you don't want extra unnecessary bills!!!

Great expirence today at Kwikfit Gravesend. Booked in for an MOT, full service and air con recharge and was greated professionally as I walked in. The staff were friendly and gave me all the information I needed about what would happen with my vehicle and an expected time frame of when it would be finished. Received a call an hour earlier than they had said it would be finished by, and again when I collected my car the staff were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning. Thanks for the great service.

Went to get wheel alignment done, they messed my car up steering wheel not in right position car goes side way ,very unprofessional .avoid at all cost if you dont want your car get worse .

I went here out of desperation as I had a puncture, and it was local. What a waste of time. They were not interested in fixing the puncture. All they wanted was to try and sell me a new tyre , coming up with all sorts of excuses as to why my almost new tyre was a mot failure . Needless to say, as soon as I refused a new tyre, they became rude and annoyed . The puncture was fixed by another tyre company the next day with no issues whatsoever.

Absolutely disappointing experience ? would not recommend for MOT
I had a terrible experience here. I brought my car in for an MOT, and it failed due to the tyres. I replaced the tyres, but the company that changed them assured me there was nothing wrong with the originals and that they didn?t actually need replacing.
I was marked with a red warning online, which I now believe was an attempt to pressure me into buying tyres directly from them. The whole situation felt dishonest and left me very disappointed.
The customer service was poor, and I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

One of the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced.
I came to change one tyre in my company car, but they dictated to change all 4 without informing me. When I asked who authorised it, the response was ,,we don?t need to ask you, is not your car??.
Instead of being quick fit I was forced to wait excessively longer without any explanation.
I am more than happy to provide additional information on this situation if necessary.
