Kuflink done very well regarding a slight problem that occurred, now totally fixed. Would invest with Kuflink again no problem.Top marks to Molly for all her help.All through the pandemic Kuflink has performed exactly as intended.An essential core holding in any P2P portfolio very well spread diversified investment across many multiple separate P2P platforms also lowers any investors overall risks.Look forward to continuing investing in 2021 with Kuflink.

I've been trying out Kuflink for over a year now. I was wary to start with. Tried a few "pick your own" to start with, then went for an auto-pick ISA.The staff do their best to answer questions, you might have to wait a couple of days.It seems that most self-picks get their loan extended (might be a covid related thing), but they do come out eventually. The auto ISA option diversifies much more and saves the aggro of picking.Don't know, yet, what happens when auto ISA reaches its end date. Will some of the loans be extended/unfinished. I suspect they will be transferred to other investors to continue, but we'll see :)The website has improved since I started and more investment options/tweaks/reports have been added.Overall, I'm happy with Kuflink. I would have rated it about 4.5, but that's not an option.The reason for not 5 is only because I have had to find out some things by experience.

This is a fantastic company to get involved with, especially as a keen long-term passive investor. I been investing with them for a few years now and I have to say Kuflink provides one of the best platforms to split and ?set and forget? my investments. Highly recommend!

I have invested in Kuflink since 2018, and I can say that I am impressed with the platform and the guys in investor team, especially, Lisa and Gurbinder. The platform is easy to navigate, and they always bring new features out all the time. They even listen to ideas, and I am impressed by how quick they bring them to the forefront. I love the new interest email every month, where I had suggested a few changes, which they implemented a new change to my suggestion. I feel great. Thank you.I have now understood about ISA from you, and have started a new plan to invest in the Kuflink 5 Year IFISA.

I began investing with Kuflink in 2020. The only lockdown I wanted was with their 5 year IFISA.It was easy to sign up, and the guys in the investor team were really helpful.The platform is smooth, clear and easy to navigate. The selection of investments are impressive and the detail around each brings much needed confidence in my investing. I?m excited to see what new features and deals are available throughout 2021.

I chose Kuflink because the website was easier than most to navigate and anything I didn?t understand was explained in full by the great service I received. Once I invested because of these reasons I learnt that the interest rates were some of the best on the market too (Bonus!) would give them 10 stars if I could!

Very impressed with the human side of Kuflink. Because of the pandemic things became difficult and we needed our investment back. Kuflink were the best in terms of telling us what was going to happen and when and were very attentive in seeing it through. Big thanks to Lisa who helped a lot.

I have been an investor of Kuflink for a numbers off years now and can thoroughly recommend their services and approach to service .Having seen the growth from initial concept to the Milestone figure off £100million invested I believe the Journey has just begun.They have a very professional and proactive approach and have guided me to ensure I gain maximum potential of my investment.They are a forward thinking company that has developed into an elite service providing excellent customer service and responsive approach to all client based issues.They have been extremely supportive during the COVID pandemic and have been able to advise responsibly regarding any decisions that needed to be made.Going forward it will be a difficult year but their approach to dealing with these difficult times ensures that they will be able to find appropriate solutions to endeavour a smooth progression foward in a current climate that is far from certain. I would not recommend investing with Kuflink. P2P loans are risky. 62% of my investments here are past their original loan end date which means that Kuflink keep extending the loan end dates. This means although I continue to receive interest payments I have not received my original capital back. My worst loan end date is 343 days overdue and in total across my investments they are 635 days overdue. The info held on the website and notifications you receive do not state how many days overdue your investments are so you have to work it out for yourself. I was often not notified via email that loans were extended. Once loans are extended you are trapped and cannot sell them on the marketplace - you are totally at the mercy of Kuflink and they extend the loans as often as they like. This company unfortunately needs to get tougher at recovering loans as I don't think they are doing enough to protect us, the lenders.

So far so good.? Made multiple investments in all sorts of deals across commercial and residential - I like the fact the interest is paid monthly. No issues apart from the odd deal falling through (and always been refunded when this happens) but generally their communication has been good and seem helpful and friendly on the phone.As with all of these smaller crowd funding platforms - I do have some apprehension. I?m not sure quite how much money I would invest in total (just because they are all quite new - they are small businesses so there is a chance they could come into issues and I can imagine in that situation it being a long process to get your money back etc).I?ve only been a customer since October but already my experience has been good and can see myself continuing with Kufflink - they?ve already updated the UI and look forward to seeing further improvements.
