My family and I are so grateful to have this pharmacy local to home. You might think a pharmacy is just a pharmacy.. BUT Andrew and Joyce, the lovely owners are way more than that. They are knowledgeable (as you would expect!) but friendly, and helpful beyond belief. They take time to know their customers, and will always do their best to help, even if that means on the rare occasion having to recommend trying other local pharmacies.Thank you guys. I wish I?d taken the time to write you a review way before now. You are very much appreciated by our entire family x

They staff are so helpful and polite, they wasn?t judgy at all unlike other pharmacies i?ve been too which was lovely. I will be recommending this pharmacy to everyone and i?ll be going there from now on!

Have been about six times this last year and they never have any children?s antibiotics in stock and when I came today was very rudely told they wouldn?t deal with a private prescription despite the prescription being able to be accessed by any independent pharmacy. He wouldn?t even look at the prescription to see what it said. I recommend you don?t even bother going as it is always a wasted trip even with an NHS prescription.

Due to being let down by the non arrival of my Mum's medication delivery, I needed an emergency repeat prescription for my mum, who is now in respite. The superstore who 111 sent me to could not allow me to have all the items needed. They recommended King's Pharmacy but I had to go back through 111 again.I'd like to say thank you so much to Kings Pharmacy for helping! I could feel my stress levels lower while I was waiting.

Rude pharmacist who to me has no clue what he is doing. I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but each time I am left disappointed and having to search for am alternative.

Do not take cash payments for NHS prescriptions. Have an A4 piece of paper stating this away from the counter so not visible and no other option than to just go look for it somewhere else whilst you're already in pain

Efficient polite service. I collect repeat prescriptions here and all the staff are always friendly.

I am medically exempt from wearing a mask and Joyce made me feel and look like I had the plague and then when I called to make a complaint she laughed at me and thinks its funny to treat people with an invisible disability like she did!!!!!!!

They say they are open Sundays till 7pm, blatantly not. Change your Google opening times as it is incorrect and misleading. Never going there again, obviously they don't understand how hard it is to find a pharmacy on a Sunday when you have a sick child. Waste of my time!!

Wonderful friendly and very helpful Pharmacy , nothing is to much trouble and always willing to help and go the extra mile , just retreived my prescription after finding out it had been sent to the wrong chemist by the doctor . Fantastic service by fantastic staff well done Xxxx
