Staff is very laze and rude behaviour with costumer. And there's no particularly good place for those who come to pick up deliveries. Uber and Justy drivers are treated very badly. The staff delivers them very late, which causes the poor people to stand in the cold.

Called in tonight for a large order, unfortunately I am not familiar with the screen interface. So I waited for someone to help me. This was not forthcoming and I was totally ignored, very rude staff.
Shall never never return.

Its impossible to order food and expect it to arive on time the people are so slow its like their not getting paid or something.it can take 1-2 hours to deliver

Gave this takeaway another chance won?t be returning , once again got all the way home only to find they got the the order wrong again , this has happened on more than one occasion in the past and I have phoned the shop to let them know only to be told ? come back and we?ll change it ?(after checking the CCTV ) but as we live 5 miles away it?s not practical. Last night we ordered a boneless bucket that should have contained 8 chicken strips we arrived home to find in the box 2 chicken strips 2 hot wings and two regular chicken pieces and chicken gravy that was more like water , I couldn?t even be bothered to phone the shop , very disappointing.

Order not complete which is disappointing as only 3 elements ordered . Looking at previous reviews this is obviously a continuing problem that management are unable to solve despite platitudes

Got There And The Line Was Massive And Took 1 HOUR To PAY! Then I Got Told That The Cash Machine Is Broken! You Could Only Do Just Eat Because The Touch Points Were Not Even Going! I Won't Be Back Unless This Gets Sorted! Plus If we got our food 2 box meals about £30! EXPENSIVE?!

Ordered from here twice, and both orders had missing items, surely it can?t be that hard to just put everything in a bag. Even asked at the counter if everything was there and they said yes, what a lie. £7.50 out of pocket now, do something about it, refund would be nice.

Absolutely shocking service, when I collected it I asked the member of staff if everything was in the bag they said but when I arrived at home there were item?s missing and a fair amount of chicken was dry . When I spoke to them on the phone they were non apologetic and offered no attempt to resolve the matter. We will never visit KFC again, A disgraceful representation of a organisation

Ordered fillet meal and 2 piece chicken. Fillet stone cold was dark brown and shrunk, should have been thrown out hours before, 2 piece chicken was greasy and stall. Half bag cold chips and half cup of melted ice cream. Never use this place again. All their interested is taking your money and they need to change the dirty oil.
