had a very disappointing experience at this particular KFC today being Sunday the 26th of January. According to both the website and the door signage, the branch was supposed to open at 11:00 AM. I arrived promptly at 11:00 AM, but the doors were not opened until about 11:12 AM. Standing outside in the cold, with the wind blowing, for over 10 minutes without any explanation or apology was unacceptable.
What made matters worse was the lack of customer care when the doors were finally opened. The staff offered no apology or empathy for keeping customers waiting in such conditions. Instead, they simply looked at us from behind the counter as if nothing had happened. This lack of communication and basic courtesy was extremely frustrating.
I understand that sometimes delays happen because the team might need more time to get everything ready. However, the staff could have easily opened the doors while we placed our orders at the kiosk, allowing them extra time to prepare while keeping customers warm and comfortable. A simple explanation or apology would have gone a long way, but none was offered.
To make matters worse, the service was rude and the food quality was poor. The chicken I ordered was overly oily, and the crispy chicken wasn?t even crispy?it seemed carelessly prepared despite the delay. After making us wait unnecessarily, I expected much better.
Overall, the experience was disappointing on multiple levels?poor communication, lack of empathy, subpar service, and low-quality food. KFC should prioritize better customer service, including timely openings, clear communication, and basic politeness. A little effort in these areas could make a significant difference for customers like me.

Terrible service. I don?t usually leave reviews like this but the front staff here are not polite at all. They also seem to never answer their phones means any online order can?t be traced. We ordered online and 2 hours later had to go into their shop, they told us they never recieved our order. No apology recieved for the either.

WORST KFC EVER-I waited 30Minutes for my Chicken to come uncooked as seen in the picture.I asked for my money back to a Team Leader Called ALINA she said theres a policy which allows a refund only within 10 minutes of purchase, bare in mind it takes me 20 Minutes just to get home?WORST TAKEAWAY DO NOT RECOMMEND.i did

Front staff not attentive. I placed my order on the screen receiving a ticket to pay at the cashback. Waited 10 minutes being ignored . It took another member of staff to come and ask me if I was being seen too. NOT PLEASED.

I've given a 5 star just due to the lady at the front doing EVERYTHING!
SHE HAD A FRACTURED WRIST, WAS DOING EVERYTHING ONE HANDED and still had very little help from her other colleagues.
Due to this, I waited half and hour! She kept having to go to the kitchen to do the job of the others!

Went in for a meal and wanted to make a request of an alteration. There were 2 ladies behind the counter, I called out excuse me about 5 times loud enough for them to hear, one lady then looked me dead in the face and turned back around continuing to ignore me. Not only were they incredibly rude but how embarrassing for me as the shop was full as it was very clearly obviously that I was being deliberately ignored. Pathetic behaviour

Food took two hours to be delivered this was because of the restaurant ordered before 7 o?clock this evening it?s now nearly half 9 and still not showed up ! Absolute joke
