Being a customer of more mature years I do find technology
something of a challenge. So on going into the branch with an
issue on my Secure Key I was was pleased to be welcomed by
Sarita whose cheery and pleasant nature was a welcome sight.

Unhelpful slow and unfriendly would not speak to them again ever spent 30mins on phone asking for statement when got nowhere ask to speak to manager & got told could but would take very long time ridiculous
