I went here 2 days ago, Some staff were nice especially my waiter, it took 20 minutes just to get my salad bowl! It was quite busy but still should be a little bit more organized. No forks or plates. And had to wait 2 hours to get our food! When I got my food I had another waiter, she was rude and when we asked for salt she rolled her eyes at us and number " for f sake". When I got my food it was good. But it needs to fix their waiting times because it was bad. Normally not this bad, I'm Disappointed in harvester today, I'm going again soon to give harvester a second try, will post an update.

Been here a few times now and this is the best Harvester. Salad bar fresh and varied and the quality of the food is excellent. Always busy but the staff are amazing. So much nicer than our local Harvester in Brentwood. Would definitely recommend ?

Don't know why but the gravesend harvester seems to operate better than dartford and the food better too.
They seem more on top of the cleanliness and food quality. Maybe dartford short staffed but this has been our experience on the last 2 occasions to both.
