It?s like the branch from hell! Went today, three staff on, on mooching around with an iPad helping no one, one dealing with a couple not really helping, one dealing with another irate couple as Halifax had let them down and obsessively trying to get them to move to mobile banking which they clearly didn?t want! I never thought I?d say it but honestly Halifax close this branch as it?s shocking in there! In the end I walked out as couldn?t be bothered waiting, I deal with four banks and I think it?s time to vacate the Halifax it?s so bad.

1.The man with beard has been very rude,disrespectful and seems that something is wrong with him.
2.The old lady doesn't want to help you,she is misleading customer and rude.

Not all but some racist workers, they even defend racism. I don't think they've even heard of DEI. All my accounts will be moved elsewhere.

Avoid and take your money elsewhere. Rude, disrespectful and slow staff. Better suited to a delivery job perhaps.

I was thinking about joining the Halifax at Gravesend. But after all the absolutely wonderful reviews I've changed my mind. Loyds is a part of the Halifax too so I won't be going there either. Ps I've given a one star rating.

What a shambles and what a terrible horrible nasty lot of bully boys and girls they have in there. Thank goodness I don't have to bank with them. Unprofessional and a law too thier self's. Keep out of there at all costs.

Talk about rude, thier staff apart from the one fellow who works there, as for the rest of them their right up for a ding dong argument with you and think it's funny, how very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed in thier way of thought and approach to customers.

How do u get a job in Gravesend Halifax? Be Rude to customers... Ask you what the money u want out is for... Treat u like a criminal and thinking your robbing your dad of his money, who can't get down there himself because he's not only house bound but bed bound too and totally relies on his two sons to do everything for him... Act like a pig and think it's all funny and laugh at u... Do u want me to carry on? No Star rating it should be :(

Absolutely awful team that work in there, try getting money out, made to feel like a criminal, thier rude unhelpful and judgemental. I wish I didn't have to give a one Star for thier not even that, I think power as gone to thier heads some of them that work in there, well if you call it work? and remember 'It's a people thing' customer service, terrible.
