I had a great experience at Halfords Gravesend. I went in just before closing time to get my car battery changed, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They didn?t hesitate to assist me, and James went above and beyond by replacing the battery even though it was right at closing time. Really appreciated the excellent service and support!

Car wouldn?t start and had to get breakdown out. Needed a new battery and went straight to Gravesend branch James was really helpful and got me sorted with new battery fitted really quickly. Very impressed.

Went into this branch expecting just to pick up bog standard roof bars for my new car. Wasn?t too sure what I was looking at and was then politely asked by a member of staff if I needed help. Who then went above and beyond to assist me with all the options available. It turned out that what I?d originally thought was suitable actually wasn?t. I was given excellent informative assistance and was made to feel extremely valued by both members of staff who assisted me. Upon getting home to fit the roof bars I was pleasantly surprised to see how well designed and secure they were. So well done Halfords and very well done Natalia and Louise for being exceptional at their jobs

Purchased a bike for my son at Christmas, now requires a new inner tube, was encouraged to take out cover plan.
Had Taken the bike to 3 shops and neither have the correct inner tube.
Been on the phone for 30 minutes to head office without any success.
Very very disappointed with Halfords customer service.

Popped into Halfords in Gravesend to grab some rear lamp bulbs and wiper blades, and I must say, it was a surprisingly pleasant pit stop! The staff were proper helpful, guiding me through the aisles like car-part whisperers, ensuring I didn?t end up with a windscreen wiper the size of a cricket bat. Products were spot-on, prices didn?t make my wallet cry, and I was in and out faster than you can say ?MOT fail.? Solid 4/5 stars, only docked a point because they didn?t offer me a cuppa while I browsed!

Visited the Gravesend Halfords branch twice recently and have been fortunate enough to be assisted by Dilvir on both occasions.Great service, with quick and efficient bike repairs. Took the time to answer all questions I had with regard to parts and suggested alternative upgrades. Couldn?t recommend enough!

purchased £61 worth of tools all good but when i paid and produced my trade card i was told it was out of date, i contacted halfords and they told me to update on line sadly this did mot work and i am around £13 out of pocket now
