Unbelievably slow service. Queue grew longer waiting for the assistant to materialise with the part for customer, the length of time he was gone I think we all wondered what weird or niche part he was getting, only for him to return with a BMW windscreen wiper blade!
It's fine, but so slow, even if you pre-order.

Don't bother with these. 3 times on the spin ive been there and they've given me the wrong items. 1 occasion I ordered a drain plug for my van. Bloke behind the counter said it was definitely the correct plug, as I had asked to make sure it was correct due to the last incorrect 2 items. Got home drained the oil only to find it was the wrong drain plug. Drove back and the bloke said I could order and the correct item would would be delivered by 2pm. Drove back again and item hadn't arrived. Had to go to another eurocarparts to get correct item only to be told I had to purchase the same item again as I couldn't exchange the incorrect item I was told was the right item. These lot are a joke. Honestly just avoid at all costs.

Slowest service ever always a one man band on service desk will they ever change almost 1 hour wait for some coolant today ridiculous. Management need to take action it really is awful.

Came to the store on Saturday to purchase new pads and discs, I like Brembo products as they are tried and tested and world respected brand and considered to be a good upgrade. the guy on the desk couldn't have been less interested, I checked on line and the pads and discs were showing in stock although according to him they weren't and he didn't appear to check, he then told me that Brembo are not an upgrade and that the cheaper brand Pagid were considered an upgrade! this did not fill me with any sort of confidence so I have now taken my business elsewhere, this isn't the first time I've had this type of experience with this young lad who had previously tried to convince me that Citroen C2 brake pads would work on a C3, different shape and size for a start! this is concerning and maybe they need some additional training. The majority of your customers actually know what they want so to then try and tell them differently isn't doing the business any good at all.

I needed a large car cover . They didn't have one in stock but could get one delivered for me very quickly . I left my car in their car park, walked to the supermarket, had a coffee, did a crossword, walked back, and my cover was waiting for me . Excellent service

Good place for cheep parts

Went to the store to collect an online order. One person serving, the person in front had a lot of questions. Once served, I was basically ignored by the guy while he entered information on the PC. Not a 'I'll be with you shortly' similar. After 7 minutes, I was attended, gave my order number, told it wasn't registered. Tried again, no, so I put my phone with the order on it in front of him. He then served the next person, when I enquired, I was told, 'you need to get some respect'. So I waited, then very patronisingly told 'let's try again'. I raised that he could have just asked us to wait. The response, 'I was logging in' and then, 'I don't have to tell you anything'. Got the order, left.
Two of the five service parts were wrong and I had to go back and see him again....
The queues in the store are always long and take 30 mins on average. But everyone out the back looks relaxed with a cup of tea, so that's nice.
The Gravesend store needs a shake up, other branches seem to be able to manage quite well.

I was there today to order a parts the customer service staff (man) made me and the other customer waits for almost 20 minutes.
When I told him that he should service us first not the online orders because we are collecting and we are in the store, waited nearly 20 minutes.
He then rudely started shouting telling me that what I just said is wrong and this is His choice who to serve first, He been totally an idiot and tried to hit me with the flywheel bolts.
I ask him his name and a staff number to complain about this but he refused me and told me to go away.
