Unbelievably slow service. Queue grew longer waiting for the assistant to materialise with the part for customer, the length of time he was gone I think we all wondered what weird or niche part he was getting, only for him to return with a BMW windscreen wiper blade!
It's fine, but so slow, even if you pre-order.

Don't bother with these. 3 times on the spin ive been there and they've given me the wrong items. 1 occasion I ordered a drain plug for my van. Bloke behind the counter said it was definitely the correct plug, as I had asked to make sure it was correct due to the last incorrect 2 items. Got home drained the oil only to...

Slowest service ever always a one man band on service desk will they ever change almost 1 hour wait for some coolant today ridiculous. Management need to take action it really is awful.
