“Ordered a number of things over the years with CeX, mainly via the convenience of online. I really like the return in-store option as CeX have wide area coverage and it's easy to pop into a local branch to get an instant refund within the 14 day window.

I had to cancel an order at relatively short notice online and they were able to do so before sending out the order, so top marks for responsive service. In-branch I was pleased with the quality of service and CeX employees always look like they personally enjoy media and technology (their graphic tees are a giveaway!), which is a reassuring thing to see.

I do have reservations about how much their expertise extends to all tech; are their checks really comprehensive across all the items, devices and media available? Are their checks thorough and effective? Can they sniff out a counterfeit item? But so far I have not encountered any issues.”
