Very uncooperative and rude staff. Went to buy, they weren't bothered. Seemed like doing me a favour.
Not going there again. Don't complain if the shop shuts down

I been with EE over 10 years and decided to upgrade yesterday. I walked into this empty gravesend store with a manager sitting with her colleague discussing personal problems and the weekend and looking at phones, they watched me stand in the middle of the store looking at them for 10 minutes looking at them talking before they advised to give them another 15 before they can come speak to me. I understand being busy but a personal conversation at 11am when it?s just me standing there is very unprofessional, I hope your bosses hear how you treat the store ?ms manager?

Being an EE customer of 20 plus years over the past week I have experienced shocking service from their Gravesend store . I
originally visited to enquire about my high monthly bills to recieve no specific answer and was later misold a supposed better deal and lied too about items being free when they are actually chargeable and Iam having a difficult time resolving the issue . It has been proven that different staff answer the same question differently .

Looks like scam, I purchase a contract from this store. They told me that i cant change my mind ,or i cant exchange it .I was agreed and sign in.I asked them for upgrade they said i cant upgrade.but before the sign on contract one of their staff said i can upgrade. Thats why i was agreed. Then went to the shop ,they said they cant do anything. I have to pay for two years. Its seems to me that shop misleading the customers and prompted for purchasing rubbish stuff.they doesn?t have experience on tech or IT.
