Fantastic service from Elijah at the Gravesend branch of dreams. We went in just to look and he helped us choose which mattress would be best for us. We didn?t want to buy that day as needed to sort out a few other things before we could decide which base and headboard we wanted. We went back a month later and he immediately recognised us from upstairs and came down to see if he could help us. We bought the bed base, mattress and headboard as well as a couple of pillows and he was really helpful explaining things to us and advising where necessary. He was extremely professional and very friendly and engaging. Would highly recommend him.

Elija was so helpful and knowledgeable of your company?s products, having had trouble sleeping lately he quickly diagnosed that it was almost due to my currant mattress being extra firm, He showed great patience in steering me to the correct mattress. He is definitely a great asset to Dreams.

I visited this store recently with my partner, and was pleasantly surprised. The member of staff on duty that day (Jane I believe) was so lovely. She was attentive and helpful without being pushy in the slightest. She had a great sense of humour and we felt like she really cared about our experience.We were even offered drinks while we were there! Although we only really intended on looking at mattresses really, we actually ended up making a purchase and have no regrets in the slightest. I wish all sales assistants everywhere had her warmth and character!
