“Every experience I have here is always a positive one. I’ve been served by a few different members of staff over the years and today was no different. I was served today by Prabh, a lovely young Asian lady, who was super-helpful. I had ordered US$400 but had a couple of quite large notes in my order. I asked Prabh if she could possibly change them for some smaller notes, if she had some and she confirmed that she did. She replaced the large notes with a lot of smaller ones, then painstakingly counted them all out in front of me in order to confirm the original total again. A 5* service. Thank you Prabh :)”
