1. The service I have experienced at this establishment has been exceedingly disappointing. I have visited this shop on several occasions and have consistently been met with courteous greetings from the two gentlemen at the till. However, the female employee, Shiti, has consistently displayed rudeness and a lack of warmth in her interactions. There is little to no engagement with customers. On one occasion, I inquired about the price of an item, and rather than responding verbally, she merely pointed to the price tag, which was difficult to read, prompting my question. She took my payment in a brusque manner, and when returning my change, she forcefully pushed it towards me. Despite my polite expression of gratitude, she offered no acknowledgment and simply watched me leave with an indifferent demeanor. I find her behaviour to be quite dismissive.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I received an absolutely appalling service from Shiti when trying to return my parcel which she said she would not accept. I will not be returning here again.

Closed when it states its open from 7am I got there for 9am and had to get uber which has now cost me money and now its gonna cost me more to travel back there and not knowing if its open or closed also the contact numbers are both wrong
