Understaffed. Especially for the footfall that they get - this is why I go to Starbucks next door

Was not very impressed on our last visit. Service was very slow indeed.

Convenient location, but way over subscribed. It was mega busy when we went and had to cobble together some chairs for our table. Queue was up to the door at times and felt like the staff had no time to keep the place looking clean and tidy.
