Shambolic customer server the guy even pushed pass me then I was waiting at the counter for someone to come and serve me. It?s a shame coop have these type of people working for them and representing their brand.

I do like the co-op. It's a shame this is only a small shop but it carries the essentials and does Amazon pick up, which is such a life saver! The staff are all friendly and helpful

always loads of queues the older man looks like he is always forced to be there, unwillingly, needing help from staff that are higher up to speed things up but they will just watch queue grow
