Had a great experience at Clarks in Ashford Outlet. The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient while I looked for the right pair of shoes. The store was well-organized with a good selection at outlet prices. Found exactly what I needed great value and excellent service!

Nice small shop. At least this shop is still living in Gravesend Town Centre. Where lots of shops have closed down. Clarks is still here. Whenever I visit I always find what I am looking for. Prefer it to the one in Bluewater. More quiet and easy to find the best shoes. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Top service from who I think was the store manager or supervisor perhaps.I went in to make an exchange today Bank Holiday Monday. Efficient. Smiling. Friendly. Wow! A natural!Rare it has to be said. A1 customer service. Clarks you are lucky to have her!
