Needed some emergency carpets on Saturday 28/10 we were served by Rob what a lovely guy so helpful. Having moved house we will in the course of time be replacing all the carpets and will have no hesitation in returning to your Gravesend store for more excellent service. Well done Rob

I have got an excellent support in Carpet Right Gravesend branch. The branch Manager Mr. Rob served me by himself. He helped me to choose the best possible product, gave me good advises and he ensured end to end service for me. His friendly behavior was definitely praiseworthy. Overall great experience indeed.

I wanted to share my experience I had in the Carpetright, Gravesend branch with Neil. From the day one he showed how great salesman he is and his excellent customer services skills. He assisted me with every question and request I had and I had them many, I think I can call myself a demanding customer but Neil was patient and helpful with his great attitude, whenever I needed him he was ready to help. From when the sale has started until the service was completed, he was above and beyond and meeting all my expectations. He gets 5 stars from me and I hope his work and dedication will be noticed and appreciated

Neil at Gravesend store has been amazing during our visits to the store, he has in-depth knowledge of carpets. He helped us decide the best carpet for our house. His customer service skills are amazingly helpful.He was our reason to buy carpet from Carpetright.

We are looking to have a new carpet fitted and I have to say Marcus in the Gravesend branch provided great advice and dedicated time to is to help make the right decision. Our Estimator Tim Branscombe arrived to measure up and provide details. We were very pleased with Tim?s professionalism and extremely personable nature. Tim left is fully informed and a very good price. Would highly recommend.

Popped in to look at Bedroom carpet and was greeted with a very warm welcome. We were looked after by a guy called Rob, who was extremely knowledgeable and came up with some great carpet ideas based on our needs. He spent ages with us in the end and made us feel like he had all the time in the world for us. Although we didn't buy today we will definitely be going back when we are ready to order and will look at doing other areas of the house at the same time.

Our experience with Carpetright at Gravesend was excellent. Mike in the showroom was very helpful and Tim the surveyor who measured our four flights of stairs and three landings was very professional and explained our options carefully. As for Mark and his colleague who fitted the carpet - if I could give them seven stars******* I certainly would - first class craftsmen who exceeded our expectations.
