None of the staff are nice. I went to buy toothpaste and the woman, serving was really rude. The toothpaste was originally £9 but it was discounted to £4.50 and the lady was arguing with me that it was £9 so I had to go all the way back to the dental care aisle and take a photo of the discount. The woman still didn?t believe me and then I had to pay separately. She gave me a dirty look when I said,?told you.?

The pharmacist did at consultation and was so helpful with the symptoms i had and was able to give me antibiotics this 5 star is for pharmacy only .
I unfortunately went to look around after as needed some stuff and the lady stocking up vitamins was rude she should have stayed at home as she didn?t want to help anyone.

Absolutely shocking.
Staff at the pharmacy are so rude, it has been 3 days and I still don't have the medication they owe me. Tried calling the store multiple times to save a wasted journey, but noone answered.
Once I manage to get the medication, I shall never be using that shop again.

Extremely poorly managed store. Possibly the worst branch of Boots in the country. Dingy and unwelcoming. Staff have a real attitude and pharmacy closes randomly at odd times of day. Closed all day on sundays, can't see this store surviving much longer.

This store is often NOT well stocked and the till staff have an issue checking their stock on the system when you ask them. This resulted in a back and forth conversation that took longer than what it took them check the system and move on. Very unnecessary
