Absolutely lovely and helpful staff in store today when I popped in to see if I could get a copy of my hearing test results.In particular, Lucy went above and beyond the call of duty to get hold of a copy of the results as the audiologist is away for several days. Except of waiting for my safety glasses for nearly a month (someone didn't place order), my overall opinion about Boots Opticians in Gravesend is good.
Ordered 2 pairs , one for daily use and one for work (safety glasses).
