No longer visit due to queue time, normally 1 till open at busy/peak times whilst 2-4 members of staff smoke outside. Good value for money products but terrible value overall if you value your time

I am beyond devastated with my experience with Bargains and Madness. It is absolutely disgusting how the staff treated me and my significant other. I am appalled of today's behaviour from the staff. I was only just experimenting the kid's toys.. I didn't wnat to be escorted out. I have rights... (Human Rights Act 2010 as you clearly don't know what that is). Didn't even say please when told to leave. Did your parents not teach you manners? It is absolutely horrendous how i was followed to the exit... I felt scared. Horrified. Traumatised.. i had no privacy.. this has really been a scary experience... it was really mean how you treated us... I am NEVER EVER returning to Bargains and Madness Home Store...again. Do better Bargain madness... do better... #BOYCOTTB&M

The indian lady with very red lipstick made me not want to go anymore to Gravesend B&M. I usually avoid her and go to other till when she is there. Today I did not. Lady, I want you to know that if you have problems leave them at home when you come to work. We all have problems but we don't come and spit them on you when you work. Because of your attitude from today I decided not to come in this shop anymore. I am surprised that the client in front of me vas calm and did not retaliate to your attitude. You were probably upset that she had too much shooping. And you should know that you have a salary because of us, the costumers.
