Quite simply, they are amazing.Stepped in to help my frail 98 year old Mother at very short notice.All the staff that came to help Mother were superb. So caring and understanding.The office staff were terrific too. Always ready to assist and adviseVery impressive company.

Worst care provider I have ever experienced. The list of problems is insane so I shall list the main issues1. Iive-in Carers did not do there job properly and complained about cleaning2. One career had to be removed from the house due to drinking on the job3. Another carer invited family over to the house where the vulnerable person lived and let them enter.4. Another carer kept harrasing me to give them cash when we paid everything via direct debit5. Another carer ignored a rash and it got infected6. Another carer would just leave the house for over a hour and leave vulnerable person all by the Elf which at one point they left and wondered off and got lost7. Item went missing from the house and was stolen.I have put in a complaint about this service we have received though insuspect they will just ignore it.Don't not use bluebird care they are not a good care provider find someone elseOur concerns are not being dealt with at all that is a lie, we were fobbed off and nothing happened the best we got from all this was 4 days discounted.

I have been working for Bluebird Care Gravesham and Dartford for close to 3 months now and I happy to say that it is a great company to work for, from professional staff, flexible working hours, good pay rates and pleasant working environment. I do recommend anyone considering to join the company not to hesitate as you will not regret making that decision.

Started working with them a few months ago and I they have solid training there's so much to learn and you also get to pick how long you want to shadow for, I chose to shadow more than others and I got the support I need, there's always work available and they also consider the preference of carers as well, my supervisor Liz is very supportive and encouraged you through challenges as a carer, of course like every big company there are some things that could be done better but in all honesty Bluebird is every newbie carers best dream?

Although only with Bluebird for a few months the carers we had were always kind, caring and respectful and I felt confident leaving my husband in their care. Thank you. The office/admin staff were always helpful whenever I had need to contact them.

bluebird have been such a huge help looking after my mum, they always go over and above to help and care for my mums ever changing needs, they have been a god send and I couldn?t have coped without them, the team are amazing, the Carers are exceptional and I cannot praise them enough

I have been using the services of Bluebird care for over two years to provide support to my mother who has advanced stage dementia.Mum has a carer in the morning and at lunchtime and their support means that Mum can still live in her own home. Mum sees a number of different carers during the week and all of the ones that I have met have been both friendly and helpful.Having different carers provides Mum with a greater level of social interaction, whilst the carers in turn have access to Mums case notes to ensure that they are all well briefed to meet Mums needs.Bluebird are pro-active in identifying changes in Mum's requirements as her Dementia increases. Bluebird discuss their thoughts on care and potential Mums requirements with me to ensure that Mum gets the best level of care. From my regular dealings with them they also provide me with the comfort that by using them as a care agency to support everything else that I do for Mum that I am doing the best that I can for her.Without the support of the carers from Bluebird Mum would have had to go into full time care rather than continuing to remain in her home.

Really enjoy working for bluebird.. I got to choose my hours to suit me as having young children it?s hard to find a job that also considers being a mum ? would definitely recommend working for bluebird and also very friendly colleagues

We asked Bluebird to help us with my elderly mother. Whilst, events overtook us and they were not finally engaged as mum had to go into a care home, I was very impressed with Bluebird?s approach and support. I would have no hesitation on using them in the future should the need arise.
