I will never take another donation to the Riverview store.
I really felt like taking all the donations to another charity.
Really upset my wife thinking she was doing a good deed.

Went today to donate some bags was told rudely no 2 bags maximum by the lady in there. Surely should be grateful for any donations given no matter how many. Off to my usual charity shop in strood it is then where my donations will be welcome

I found an item that I wanted to buy, but the man working there wouldn?t sell it to me because he was keeping it for Christmas stock. In September. I even offered to pay more than the sticker price. It was a real ?computer says no? moment.

top tier charity shop love it. we need better charity shop givers tho i would live here if we did but its fab anyways top tier always shop here staff always lovely to me aswell

What has happened to this shop? It used to be fantastic, with lots of bargains and well organised. It's now so cluttered and expensive I don't go in any more sadly.

I absolutely loved this shop. It stood out from all the other charity shops around. I don't know what has happened in the last few weeks but it is like a junk shop now and the prices have increased massively. Don't let it put you off completely as I hope it is just a blip ?

Is the shop closing down as it looks like it from the outside. But as you enter the shop its over packed with things, making it feel very cluttered.

I love this particular Barbados so much! Not only is the shop set out beautifully and all the clothes arranges in a way that you can go straight to the colours that suit you but the staff themselves go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and help. I have 2 children and sometimes it can be tricky to shop in regular shops but here they help by holding onto your clothes and letting you return them if they don't fit so I can try them on when I get home and my children are asleep. Last time I visited the member of staff who served me even asked me if I needed help carrying my bits to the car. It was amazing to have extra help with buggy.
