What a miserable woman behind the counter. What a horrible human to be working for charities
I will never take another donation to the Riverview store.
I really felt like taking all the donations to another charity.
Really upset my wife thinking she was doing a good deed.

Went today to donate some bags was told rudely no 2 bags maximum by the lady in there. Surely should be grateful for any donations given no matter how many. Off to my usual charity shop in strood it is then where my donations will be welcome

I found an item that I wanted to buy, but the man working there wouldn’t sell it to me because he was keeping it for Christmas stock. In September. I even offered to pay more than the sticker price. It was a real “computer says no” moment.
