The only redeeming quality is it's open late. Other than that they're always out of stock and incredibly slow with serving customers and that's when you're a repeat prescription they've had for days. I'll be moving my pharmacy as it's genuinely the worst I've seen in a long time. No stuff show any compassion and you're lucky if you get an apology. A shame really as it used to be good.

Always problems with this pharmacy. My husband went in today to pick up my prescription renewal and they said no prescription yet (odd, but ok), so I asked him to ask for a few days supply of one tablet. Nope. They said that my last prescription was on the 9th August, so no. Ah, but they only give 28 days supply, so actually, ran out yesterday (day 28). Nope. Had to call 111 and go to another pharmacy. Don't answer the phone either. Going to move to another pharmacy once this mess is sorted out. Was really brilliant service for years.

I?d give zero stars if that was possible, I have FULL BLOWN tonsillitis, ok both tonsils and the pharmacist told me to saltwater gargle, no son, this is bacterial tonsillitis not viral, it requires prescription of penicillin!
Abhorrent service, pharmacist gives the impression he has to pay for anyones prescription out of his own pocket!
May he suffer as much as he caused me to suffer today!
Incompetent man, needs to re take any and all medical exams he had to take to even get this job!

I had a frustrating experience at Asda Pharmacy in Gravesend. I needed hay fever eye drops for my pregnant wife and asked to speak with the pharmacist, but they refused to come out and only communicated through an assistant. They simply said she couldn?t take anything and that she has to call her GP, without offering any advice or even checking the NHS website.
After looking it up myself, I found that sodium cromoglicate eye drops are considered safe during pregnancy, according to the NHS. Disappointingly, the pharmacist didn?t bother to check or suggest any alternatives. I went to another big pharmacy instead and was given a suitable option.
Poor service and lack of care! Unfortunately, I don?t remember the pharmacist?s name, but he was working the 31/03/2025, 5:00 PM shift.

This place is horrible and the pharmacist is a very rude man. I came out of a and e with antibiotics prescription for my little one. She needed to start the dose immediately. Unfortunately boots don't have it in stock and they advised I should go to Asda immediately. My daughter was so weak she couldn't stand. The attendant told me they have the medicine but I need to come back in one and half hour because the pharmacist is going for lunch Iin 10 minutes . I saw the pharmacist and politely asked to have a quick word. He shouted ' it's not possible ' on top of his voice! Everyone was shocked with mouth wide open. I took my prescription back and rushed to another pharmacy I saw along the way. I was attended to and the antibiotics was ready in 5 minutes. Asda is a horrible place I'm afraid.

Usually pretty helpful, but came up short when I was missing tablets from a course of antibiotics. I was given a slip for the missing medication, and told to come back Monday- all week out of stock, & today when I have run out completely, I was told they were out of stock & they?ve not been able to get them.

Been calling for over 2 hours....no answer.. call rang but not response.
That not the first time i been calling on few other occassion but it seem that the phone is not on thier responsibility.

Been at hospital all day . Not good news. Came away Perscription for steroids antibiotics etc.whent to asda gravesend and the pharmacist was very unhelpful said date is not right the doctor had not put 24on it. It was the smirk on his face

Shockingly slow service! Only two customers served in 20 minutes and they had to stay and wait. 12 others in the queue including tiny babies and elderly and no sense of urgency from staff. Couldn't wait any longer gave up and went home.

This pharmacy never answers the phone, I have been calling 10 times a day for the past three days still can?t get through. Drove down there only to find out my prescription was not ready, that was the point of calling first terrible customer service.
