The place needs a deep clean it?s rotten in there the fridges are all dirty and the hand rail to the escalators are clearly never cleaned as every time you hold it going down or up your hands end up BLACK!

WORST ASDA TO EXIST IN THE UK!AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO BE ACCUSED OF STEALING AND NO PERSONAL SPACE!SCAN & GO AND SELF CHECKOUT LADIES LIKE TO LAUGH AT YOU AND MAKE REMARKS ABOUT YOU IN A CIRCLE, THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE IN A PLAYGROUND!I visited the store last month and purchased 4 items of clothing with my sister, we went to pay at self checkout and scanned all items, while scanning, the Asian lady came up to us and said are you going to scan them I said of course I am I just can?t fit them all on the stand, I passed them to my sister who scanned them. After scanning all items and paying, we clicked for a receipt. Before we could even take out our receipt the Asian lady came in front of us and grabbed it. She insisted I hadn?t scanned all items when I showed her that I have. She became very rude and muttered comments to her employees. She called over security when I told her what your doing isn?t right and told him that we was abusing her when she hadn?t told him she came into our personal space and grabbed the receipt. The two security on at this time backed up their employees and told us we are banned without hearing our side. We later that date called the store manager who apologised and said we aren?t banned. So today we visited the store, when we was approached by the same security who was on the door at the incident before, the Asian ladies huddled together at self checkout telling the security that we are banned and to get us to leave the store when we aren?t banned. The security approached me and sister with my grandma and baby telling us the Asian ladies have told us to go as we are banned and when we explained to him we aren?t he apologised as he didn?t know we was and he apologised about the situation we experienced before, he couldn?t be more sorry. So he informed the self checkout Asian ladies and a lady called Leanne that we aren?t banned who had sworn in my face before. These ladies were so angry and furious that we weren?t banned as they want us banned. They started laughing, talking about us and saying comments to get our attention to start back to get us banned. Their aim is to get us banned but we don?t want to lower our standards to their level so we ignored them and we went to a till point instead of self checkout or scan and go. These women who work at the self checkout and scan and go act like they are in school, they stand in a group talking about customers. I recommend you to avoid this store and the ladies at self checkout or scan an go as they don?t have good intentions when it comes to customer satisfaction. I am going to be filing this case further until these women stop acting like children and until everyone knows the experience I faced because of these ladies. I feel as though they should be told how to act when in work and to not make customers feel uncomfortable whilst shopping. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO AVOID SELF CHECKOUT AND SCAN AND GO AS LADIES DON?T KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB!

Good price and products in there. Sadly the cafe has turn into McDonald and the entrance to the escalator and the lift mostly shut so we will go there rarely now.

Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour. Last time I ordered the security guard had to deliver it on his way home because the delivery driver couldn't be bothered.Today, I was expecting delivery at 11am. It's now 1.40 and it has not arrived. I have called 4 times and been told each time that it would be with me within ten minutes. The tracking says that someone should have contacted me by now. They haven't. Both myself and the customer services reps I have spoken to have tried multiple times to call the store to speak to the delivery department but there is no answer.

Horrible store and becoming even more horrible. I pay £72 pounds for delivery and this is what is happening to meDelivery cancelled at the last moment, not once, not twice but most of the timesYou order something and- they give you something else as substitutes. Its not one substitutes but 8 to 10 substitutes for each of the orders I placed. It did not happen as one off, but lately its been happening on all orders which I have been placing for the last 2 months.Lastly dont order any fruit or veg as they will send you near expire or rotten stuff.Horrible wish I could sue them.

Asda Gravesend is awful! Only go there for convenience. The staff are rude, unhelpful. The level of customer service is very poor! The staff talk about you in their own languages. The self service checkouts have 1 person manning them with the bags being guarded.

Been coming here for years. However they now seem to close the escalators to the town centre, which is a shame because normally we park up, visit the town, do some shopping in ASDA and then get some fuel from them too.As we can't get to the town from this car park anymore we won't be visiting anymore sadly.

Ordered for an express delivery yesterday, they decided to cancel the whole orde the time it was supposed to be coming. That would have been okay since it is was a Sunday so I wasn?t expecting much however I ordered again today and again they cancelled my order again. It?s really annoying because the food wasn?t even packed before it was cancelled and it?s just such a waste of time.

It?s becoming increasingly impossible to get a pizza made from the pizza counter. There is never an assistant available and just a sign up saying it?s closed. They should open it say 4-8 so at least you can go and get one instead of so many wasted journeys

Good value and extensive range.One criticism- when they move product location they do not move the overhead signage so nothing is situated where they indicate it to be!
