Toilet roll priced incorrectly, wouldn't even give us the current price for the toilet rolls as we'd left it 6 weeks cos kept forgetting, with a receipt. Loyal customers, won't be going back now, no goodwill at all.

Every time I shop in Asda Gravesend I get a really fuzzy head, and strange like headache, this was also the case for a couple of other ladies who I then chatted to in the que ,
Has this happened to anyone else lately,
Within 5 minutes of leaving the headache went as well as the weird fuzzy feeling .

Visited today and was amazed that the prices seem so much higher than other shops and couldn't find any bottled liqueurs on shelfs.

Awful customer service from a senior member of management, Ops manager Darren from Gravesend Asda.
Health and safety issue with a large cage in middle of the food aisle, causing an obstruction and customers having to manoeuvre round it.
Darren Ops manager could see visually someone standing in front of and he decides to knock his large trolley into me.
He didn?t seem too bothered about apologising and quite rude and flippant.
And also lied no other manager was in store.
The area manger Ben Welcher needs to train Darren on how to speak to people train him on customer service.

Don?t use their home delivery service. Delivery was 2 hours early and food left on doorstep. Frozen food was no longer frozen. So risking the health of their customers. The management at this place must be outrageous. Absolute joke of a service.

Will dump crates outside your house! If you live in the surrounding areas, do not do Asda home delivery as it will come from this store! The driver will turn up 2 and a half hours early when you aren?t in. Leave your shopping to be stolen or to spoil outside your house! It will be left blocking your front door so you can?t get in. The driver will then leave and refuse to come back and collect the crates. You will be left with a pile of crates outside your house. So far 3 attempts with calls to the store to get them to pick them up and they haven?t bothered!

I was racially abused by one of the security guards at the front. I was running after my toddler out of the store. My white husband then left the store behind me (holding our only bag of shopping) at the same time as an Asian couple (holding an Asda bag). The Alarm sounded and he called ME back! I was so far ahead, I didn't understand what was going on. I asked him why was I called back and he lied and said the alarm went off when I ran through after my son. Complete lies. We had a mildly heated exchange and then left. My husband called him up on using the term 'you people' and he brushed it off. When we got to our car, a lovely customer who witnessed the exchange, came over to us and said that after we left, the security guard was ranting about how 'black people' are always like that. And she called him up about it but she still advised that I make a complaint to the manager. We went back to the store and confronted the security guard and he denied everything. Again, lier! We spoke to the store manager who was very unhelpful, he said he will speak to the guard and call us to give us an update of what has been done. Haven't received any update and that was almost two weeks ago (11/11/24). Horrible experience.

The shop is well stocked. The staff generally are good, BUT...... had my vehicle damaged more times in their carpark than anywhere else on the planet!
Some zombie customers combined with ridiculously narrow parking spaces = dented & damaged cars!

Disabled bay parking not enforced. Out of 12 spaces taken, only 3 cars were displaying a blue badge. Poor.
